About the Doctors
Dr. Drake Tollenaar D.C., CCSP –
Since 1994 Dr. Drake Tollenaar has been practicing chiropractic medicine and getting lasting results with his patients. He is a native of Springfield, Oregon and graduated from University of Oregon for undergraduate and Western States Chiropractic College for his doctrine. He and his wife have 3 beautiful daughters. Dr. Tollenaar loves to run for recreation as well as compete in triathlons and Ultra marathons throughout the year. He also enjoys spending time with his family relaxing in Sunriver, Oregon.
Dr. Tollenaar is trained in a variety of the most current and effective techniques the profession has to offer, so a patient`s care is tailored specifically to meet their needs and provide maximum results. He is a certified chiropractic sports physician and loves to help athletes move towards their full athletic potential.

Dr. Nathan Cokeley D.C. –
Dr. Nathan Cokeley is a native of Redding, California. He graduated with his bachelor of science from UC Davis in Davis, California in 2005. Dr. Cokeley moved to Oregon to pursue his chiropractic career and graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2009 from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Cokeley and his beautiful wife Starr live in SW Portland. Dr. Cokeley loves outdoor hiking, playing music, and recreational mountain sports.
Dr. Cokeley combines his chiropractic experience with a nutritional and exercise-based sensibility that results in treatments that are targeted, effective and tailored to each patient. He uses a variety of soft tissue and adjusting techniques including both hand adjustments as well as low force instrument adjustments.
Dr. Cokeley’s easy going, pleasant and professional character, makes patients, young and not so young, feel comfortable and confident that he will provide them with quality care they deserve and value.
Dr. Matthew Peterson D.C. – Masters in Sports Medicine
Dr. Matthew Peterson is an Oregon native who attended Sherwood High School and went on to get his Bachelors in Science of General Biology at George Fox University. Dr. Peterson then obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic and a masters in sports medicine at the University of Western States.
Dr. Peterson has served on a chiropractic mission to Haiti which was focused on bringing care to people who were in significant need while also spending time to support an orphanage. Dr. Peterson loves to travel and experience new cultures and also enjoys getting outside, hiking, playing basketball or spending quality time with people over a cup of coffee. He is currently living in Tigard and loves living in the beautiful northwest. He also has a special interest in the eSports and the Twitch community.
Dr. Peterson is excited to use his background in athletics and his advanced training from his masters program to help athletes reach their peak performance potential. He has a passion to help people get out of pain and outside of his diversified training from UWS he brings some specialized techniques in muscle release, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation and Kinesiotaping.
Dr. Peterson’s friendly and caring demeanor instantly puts patients at ease, he takes the time to clearly communicate with the patient and help them see the best plan of action for their current condition.
